After ten years of public accounting practice at Arthur Andersen & Co. and Parks, Palmer, Turner and Yemenidjian, Scott Gilderman started the firm of Gilderman & Company in 1993 to provide quality auditing, tax and consulting services. In January of 2007, Jack Garabedian and Sharon Flummerfelt joined Scott Gilderman and they formed the partnership of GGF, LLP. Jack and Sharon have over 25 years of combined experience in both audit and taxation.

During the firm’s existence, our client list has grown to include a variety of clients from individuals to start-up companies to “Fortune Five Hundred” companies. The industries we service include professional services, manufacturing, distribution, retail, insurance and wholesale operations. We are a full service accounting firm offering outsource accounting services, business management, tax planning, estate planning, tax compliance, tax controversy, audits, reviews, compilations and general business consulting. The main focus of our practice has always been to work closely with our clients to provide financial, accounting and tax support.

Our firm is registered with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants ("AICPA"). As such, we are required to uphold certain standards deemed necessary by the AICPA through its quality review program. During our latest quality review audit we received an unqualified (clean) report by our peer review firm. Additionally, GGF is a member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Our staff consists of certified public accountants and degreed accountants. Significant amount of our audit practice is devoted to auditing of employee benefit plans.

Our clients include private and publicly held entrepreneurial companies as well as numerous high net-worth individuals. The industries we serve include: Manufacturing, Entertainment, Distribution, Real Estate, Service Companies and Non-for-Profit Organizations.
